(“Company”), acting as the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform, in relation to cookie information obtained through the website with the desimal.com.tr domain (“Desimal Website”).

Rights of the Personal Data Subject under Article 11 of the KVKK
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK to the Company by completing the Information Request Form (the relevant form can be accessed at desimal.com.tr) and using the method specified in the form (by applying in person, through a notary public, by using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or by using the e-mail address previously notified by the data subject to the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system, by sending an e-mail to info@desimal.com.tr, or by sending an e-mail to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address desimal@hs01.kep.tr), the request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company.
