Scope and Purpose of This Notice
This Cookie Policy and Privacy Notice has been prepared by Desimal Elektronik Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Company”), acting as the data controller, in relation to the cookies and similar technologies used through desimal.com.tr (“Desimal Website”).
This notice is provided within the scope of Article 10 of KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

- To request information where their personal data has been processed.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in KVKK.
- To request notification of correction, deletion or destruction operations to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- To object to a result arising against them through analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems.
- To request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of personal data.

How to Submit a Request
Data subjects may submit requests relating to their rights under Article 11 of KVKK by completing the Information Request Form available through desimal.com.tr and using one of the application methods stated in that form.
Requests may be submitted in person, through a notary public, by secure electronic signature or mobile signature, through an electronic mail address previously notified to and registered in the Company’s systems, by e-mail to info@desimal.com.tr , or through the registered electronic mail address desimal@hs01.kep.tr , as applicable.
The Company will respond to the request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. Requests are processed free of charge unless the transaction requires an additional cost permitted under the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
